Simply measure around where the girth would go to help you estimate feed requirements, condition and importantly, the correct amount of wormer to use when your horse needs it. (Always add 10% to the tape weight if you are using it to judge the amount of worm medication your horse needs).

The reverse side of the weigh tape is a useful measure for finding your horse’s rug size. The tape is marked in inches so you can buy the best fit for your horse.
